'm' for the maker : huon pine sachet
The precious Huon pine grows only in remote regions of Tasmania, and very, very slowly- they’re some of the world’s oldest living things, with individual trees growing for thousands of years. This glowing, golden timber is rich in methyl eugenol, a distinctive oil which gives Huon pine its warm fragrance. Humans love it, but pests dislike it!
We’ve enclosed this little piece of Tasmania within natural fibre textiles from Japan, to keep your garments smelling fresh. Hang one in your wardrobe, tuck one in a drawer, linen cupboard, or storage trunk, and deter clothes moths and silverfish from settling in. When it's time to get dressed, you'll enjoy a gentle aroma that's quintessentially Tasmanian.
