vintage shikishi print : waves

This seascape by Kibo Kodama (1898-1971) will bring some drama to your art collection. Predominantly known for land and sea scapes, Kodoma used traditional mineral pigments and inks to capture some of Japan's most iconic vistas. 

This print was produced in 1933 as part of the New Year issue of the Kodan Club magazine, featuring traditional Japanese art (nihonga).
