vintage shikishi print : sparrow & quince

A delightful print, bird on a quince tree, by Goun Nishimura (1877-1938), will settle nicely into the home of garden lovers, bird admirers or those who traditional Japanese art enthusiasts. 

This print was produced in 1933 as part of the New Year issue of the Kodan Club magazine, featuring traditional Japanese art (nihonga).
