A themed deck of premium playing cards with intricate detail and outstanding artistic design, the Eames 'little toy playing' playing cards deserve to be preserved. Designed by Art of Play in close collaboration with the Eames office and a tribute to the timeless sensibilities of Charles & Ray Eames.
Originally released in 1952, The Little Toy was designed to inspire creative construction through a series of colorful panels, wireframes and connectors. For playing cards, the components were used to create a minimal numbering system where the small connectors act as edge markings for quick reference.
Packaged in a luxurious letterpress-printed tuck box with the design referencing the famous home built by Charles and Ray, a creative base where they lived for many years. This marvellous set was sustainably produced, making an ideal deck for idiosyncratic collectors, card sharps, and art lovers alike.
