The dolls of Masao Watanabe (1917 - 2007) are in museums around the world. This Wanatabe kokeshi is signed by the artist and represents innocence, a recurring theme in his work. 

Each kokeshi has been thoughtfully hand selected on our travels to resonate as part of a larger collection or when displayed individually.
